Answear successfully implement the Wear&Share sustainable project in Slovenia for the second year in a row. In collaboration with Valtex, they combin fashion guidelines with social responsibility and environmental awareness. Almost 17 tons of us clothes were collect, which confirms that clothes can easily get a new life and thus contribute to a greener future.
34 Slovenian primary schools participat in the Wear&Share project, which are part of the all-Slovenian project “Donate a dress, plant a spruce!” collect more than 16,500 kilograms of clothes. The project was carri out from March to April 8, and the commitment of the schools and students greatly contribut to the success of the campaign.
The primary school in Bl collect as much as 1.4 tons of clothes
The primary school in Bl, l by Meta Pazlar, president of the children’s parliament, collect around 1,400 kilograms of clothes. Meta emphasizes that the joint effort and support of the parents greatly contribut to this school’s buy email database success. The 8th grade A students who collect the most clothes were reward for their efforts with a trip and a special activity – planting a bush on World Earth Day in the Volčji Potok Arboretum. There, together with the companies Answear and Valtex, they plant the Cornus kousa ‘Milky Way’ shrub.

The newly plant plant was also equipp with a plaque bearing a special dication. This will remind students of their good work every time they visit the Arboretum.
