1. Objective of the “Lucky Bill” Program

– The “Lucky Invoice” program ensures that the selection of winning invoices is objective, public, transparent, and closely monitored by the Supervisory Board.
3. Some notes for buyers to have a chance to win when participating in the “Lucky Invoice” Program
– Invoices participating in the program are all electronic invoices with tax authority codes, including electronic invoices generated from cash registers.
Buyer must be an individual or business household.
– When purchasing goods, the buyer must obtain and keep the electronic invoice with the code as prescribed and request the seller to issue an invoice with full and accurate identification information of the buyer on the invoice. When ensuring all requirements for buyer identification are met, the invoice will have the opportunity to win prizes worth from 500,000 VND to 50 million VND.
– Time limit for receiving prizes: within 30 days from the date of announcement of the results of the “Lucky Invoice” Program of each period. After this time limit, the lucky invoice selection results are no longer valid for receiving prizes.
